Custard
Instructions
Bring to the boil in a saucepan the milk (minus a tablespoon) with half a stick of vanilla and sugar.
Add the potato starch mixed in a cup with the yolk and the tablespoon of milk kept aside and boil at moderate heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
Remove the vanilla pod and let cool cream, without ceasing to stir.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 250 cl of milk
- 1/2 stick of vanilla
- 40 g of sugar
- 25 g of potato starch
- 1 egg yolk
