Instructions
Work well the yolks with sugar and add the flour.
Boil the milk with the lemon peel.
Pour into the pot of boiling milk eggs whip and boil 2-3 minutes without ever stopping to mix with a wooden spoon.
At the end of preparation remove the lemon peel.
Is a good cream for filling cakes, but also smooth cups or eating with macedonia.

- 2 egg yolks
- 80 g of sugar
- 30 g of flour
- 250 g of milk
- Lemon zest
