Instructions
Mix the egg yolks with sugar, Add vanilla, starch and stirring the milk little by little, cut a piece of lemon peel, making sure to take only the yellow part of the Peel, bring the pot on the stove and cook at low heat for a few minutes, until the custard has thickened.
Let cool then stirring so as not to make the film to the cream, when it will be cold almost add cold whipped cream and stir gently to homogenise the whole thing.

- 160 g of starch
- 100 cl of milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 8 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 envelope of vanilla
- 1 lemon zest
- 150 g of whipped
