Instructions

Thaw the peas and place them with the shrimp in the mixer.

Gather the mixture into a pan, add the stock and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.

Add a tablespoon of starch, stirring so as not to form lumps.

Cook for another 5 minutes, then add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve warm.
