Pink Cream (Crema Rosata)
Instructions
Cut into 4 pieces peeled celery and boil in salted water for 15 minutes, then leave it to drain.
1 In saucepan melt the butter, Add flour, then pour a little at a time and stirring the soup.
Combine celery, tomatoes, potatoes, peeled and cut into thin slices and bake 1 hour.
Pass the vegetables and broth in Blender and put back on the heat, bring to a boil, then add the milk, stir and serve with fried bread croutons.

- 1 heart of celery
- 3 potatoes
- 3 peeled tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- Butter
- 150 cl of broth
- 25 cl of milk
- Salt
- Some of fried bread croutons
