Creme caramel (10)
Instructions
For the caramel: melt 100 g of sugar in a pan until it reaches a golden yellow.
Immediately pour into moulds from creme caramel and allow to dry.
Separately boil the milk with the vanilla and allow 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat eggs, egg yolks and sugar, add the milk a little at a time, filter and pour into prepared ramekins with caramel.
Bake at 150° c in a water bath for 30 minutes.
Cool and unmold onto serving dish.
