Instructions

Beat eggs, sugar and milk and liquor.

Meanwhile, prepare the Pan in a water bath.

Put the sugar in a bowl and prepare caramelized sugar, pour it in the Pan and then add the mixture to the eggs.

Boil the whole thing while you heat the oven, then bake at 180-200 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Serve cold.
