Instructions
Boil the milk with the vanilla.
Mix the eggs with the egg yolks and about 120 g sugar, pour over hot milk, stirring constantly.
Strain the mixture through a fine strainer.
Prepare the caramel sauce: in a nonstick saucepan dissolve in a spoonful of water 30 g sugar, let it caramelize.
pour in moulds rotating so that the bottom and walls are covered.
Pour the cream over the moulds and cook in the oven in a water bath for 20 minutes on medium heat.
