Eels in trays
Instructions
Let them Strip and clean the eels from the fishmonger, and then wash it, dry it and cut it into small pieces by 5 inches around.
Turn on the oven to 180 degrees.
Cover with Laurel leaves the bottom of a large baking dish and low that may contain pieces of eel in a single layer.
Settle over the fish, pour 1/2 glass of water mixed with wine and cover with the remaining bay leaf.
Savoury Pies.
Bake in hot oven for about 45 minutes without ever touching the pan.
Let stand 10 minutes, then remove the eel, eel extract then drained well and accomodatela on heated platter.
