Asparagus crepes
Instructions
Prepare the batter by whisking with a whisk the flour, eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Boil to steam the asparagus tips, pass them to the mixer together the cottage cheese, salt and pepper.
Cook the crepes in a pan greased with butter.
Fill them with the mixture with asparagus and place them in a buttered baking dish.
Cover with whipped cream mixed with Parmesan and nutmeg and cook in the oven already warm to 200 degrees.
