Prepare the batter by mixing the eggs with the flour, 25 g of sugar, milk, 2 tablespoons of rum and 25 g of melted butter.
Let stand 30 minutes.
Stir the coconut pulp with 80 g of sugar.
In a pan greased with butter Cook the pancakes very thin.
Spread the mixture, sprinkle with coconut rum, roll them up and keep them warm.
