Instructions
Make the crepes.
Toasted hazelnuts and honey when done, chop, spread on pancakes with honey cream, roll them up and scaldatele a moment in the oven and serve hot, accompanied by cold cream.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- For the batter:
- 3 eggs
- 125 g of flour
- 25 cl of lukewarm milk
- 1 dram of rum
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of melted butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- For the filling of 12 crepes:
- 1 cup of honey
- 100 g of peeled hazelnuts
- 1 cup of cream
