Instructions
Caramelize pineapple slices and dates reeled off in butter and sugar.
Spray them with a little rum and orange juice.
Add the chopped walnuts and cook for 10 minutes.
Drain the fruit and fill the crepes.
Close them and sprinkle with fruit sauce, decorate them with the cherry, and serve.

- 8 crepes
- 50 g of sugar
- 50 g of butter
- 8 half slices of pineapple
- 8 dates
- 4 walnut kernels
- Little of rum
- Little of orange juice
- Cherries in syrup
