Summer fruit crepes
Instructions
Put the fruit in a bowl with the diced banana, add the yoghurt, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 of Grand Marnier.
Put the fruit in all crepes and ripiegatele in 4.
Placing them next to each other on the dish, you can decorate with some piece of fruit and a few leaves of fresh mint.
Serve at room temperature.

- 8 crepes ready
- 1 banana
- 1 jar of strawberries
- 2 punnets of raspberries
- 1 jar of yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of grand marnier
