Crepes with marmalade
Instructions
Prepare the crepes and keep them aside to warm.
In a small saucepan, place two tablespoons of apricot jam, a little grated orange peel, two tablespoons of sugar and half a glass of water.
Put on the heat and boil for a few minutes stirring.
Withdrawn, add a small glass of brandy.
