Crepes of gianni
Instructions
Make the batter for crepes: flour mixed with the eggs, pour the milk floor fastening the content, add a dash of salt.
Make crepes with the special frying pan, saute the garlic and chilli oil (little), add the seafood to taste, sprinkle with the white wine, evaporate the wine, add the peeled tomatoes; season with salt and pepper cook an hour taking the crepes in salsa soak cooked seafood, from both sides, fold a handkerchief the cracks (once in half, and yet a second time in mid) place it in a saucepan stirring over the sauce and fruits add sparkling wine, cover with a lid and let simmer for about 1 minute.
Serve the cracks to handkerchief with the fruit and a slice of Orange, wringing another Orange slice on crepes and serve with chopped parsley.

- 120 g of flour
- 30 cl of milk
- 500 g of seafood
- 1000 g of peeled tomatoes
- White wine
- Dry sparkling wine
- Garlic
- Seed oil
- Little of chili
- Salt
