In a bowl, mix oil, garlic, lemon juice, wine, salt, pepper, basil, add the chicken into small pieces and let it marinate overnight.
Drain and cook on hot grill for a few minutes, fill the crepes, roll up, and put in a buttered casserole, cover with Hollandaise sauce and bake in oven for 8-10 minutes.
