Make a batter with flour, eggs and milk; Add salt a little.
Grease from time to time a small frying pan with a little butter and batter you many thin pancakes.
As they are ready, sprinkle them with grated cheese and place them one over the other.
Cut the cake into strips, suddividetele crumpets on four holsters and cover with the boiling broth.
