Fried pancakes
Instructions
In a bowl, dissolve the yeast with water, add to tablespoons sifted flour and a pinch of salt, stir and leave to rise for about half an hour.
Clean all the vegetables and the already soaked salt cod, sprinkle salt vegetables only, wait ten minutes and dry with kitchen paper.
Cut regular ingredients into chunks, dip them in the batter and cook in boiling oil, but not steaming.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 g of cod
- 100 g of broccoli
- 4 pumpkin flowers
- 100 g of florets of cauliflower
- 2 apples
- Olive oil
- Salt
- For the batter:
- 200 g of white flour
- 10 g of brewer's yeast
- 20 cl of water
- 1 pinch of salt
