Almond crisp
Instructions
Put all the sugar in a saucepan with a little water and let it melt over low heat stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
When it has taken quite a golden color join the peeled almonds and grated Orange rind.
Mix well and, after 7-8 minutes, remove the Pan from the fire.
Oil grease a sheet of aluminum foil, rovesciatevi over the mixture while still warm and passing over an orange appiattitelo clean: the crispy must have a thickness of about 1 cm.
Cut diamonds using a sharp knife and let it cool completely.
When the crusty is cool, remove the individual pieces and, if not consumed immediately, wrap each in aluminum foil, then store them in a pot with lid and place it in a cool and dry place.
In this way the crunchy you will save for a whole year.
