Instructions
In a polsonetto of copper melt on low heat the honey.
Coarsely chop the peeled toasted almonds and honey together.
Continue to cook until the honey take a brown colour.
Overthrow all on a marble floor anointed with oil, spread it at the desired height and cut the pieces that are cut when it is solid.
