Instructions
In a copper polsonetto liquefy on medium heat sugar, mixing it up with a wooden spoon and removing it from time to time by the flame.
When is spremervi few liquified drops of lemon juice and dip the toasted hazelnuts in the oven.

Be firm and smooth to the desired height.
