Instructions
In a copper polsonetto to caramelize the sugar with a tablespoon of water, stirring constantly.
Combine the sesame seeds and keep the flame for 2 minutes more.
Overthrow the crisp on a marble floor anointed with oil to solidify and cut into small pieces.
The crispy Sesame also lends itself to be molded into various shapes.
