Cheese croquettes
Instructions
Prepare the white sauce and cook for 10 minutes.
Stir in the diced cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, 2 egg yolks, mix well and let rest in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Form croquettes, dip in flour, then in beaten egg with a little salt and then in the breadcrumbs.
FRY in abundant boiling oil.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- For the bechamel:
- 60 g of butter
- 100 g of flour
- 25 cl of milk
- 1 nut
- 50 g of emmenthal cheese
- 50 g of fontina cheese
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs
- Flour
- Breadcrumbs
- Little of salt
- Abundant of olive oil
