Instructions
Boil the potatoes, Peel and mash with a potato masher.
Combine the pureed egg, parmesan, salt and grated nutmeg.
If the dough is too soft, add a little flour.
Mix ingredients well and form a roll of 4 cm in diameter.
Cut into 4 cm pieces.
Pass the croquettes in the other beaten egg with salt and then in the breadcrumbs.
FRY in abundant boiling oil.
