Instructions
Boil peas and processing them.
Mix the sieved ricotta, the egg yolk, the breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
Mix well and form into meatballs.
Dip in flour, then in beaten egg and finally rotolarle in cornmeal.
Fry the Meatballs in plenty of hot oil.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 g of peas
- 200 g of ricotta
- 1 egg yolk
- 50 g of breadcrumbs
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Flour
- 1 egg
- Cornmeal
- Olive oil
