Polenta croquettes
Instructions
Prepare polenta using a little salt in the cooking water.
Get it out from heat and add the diced cheese, stir and let cool.
With hands greased with oil to form balls.
Mix the Parmesan with some spoons of bread crumbs and roll the croquettes.
Arrange on a baking sheet well oiled and gratinate in the oven at 220 degrees for about 15 minutes until they will have taken a golden color.

- 250 g of cornmeal for polenta
- 300 g of fresh toma cheese
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Olive oil
