Instructions
Prepare a white sauce with flour, milk and butter and incorporate the chopped boiled chicken, combine 1 egg, parmesan, salt and pepper.
Preparing of croquettes, pass another beaten egg, bread crumbs and FRY in plenty of hot oil.
Serve the hot croquettes.

- 1/2 chicken
- 25 cl of milk
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 eggs
- 30 g of butter
- 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- Breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
