Veal croquettes
Instructions
Together and mix in a bowl the meat finely chopped, grated Apple pulp, eggs, a pinch of salt.
From this dough obtained many croquettes, oval shaped, put them in flour, FRY in butter brought meanwhile to a boil over high heat.
When you see around you formed patties a nice golden crust, bathed with a splash of wine and completed cooking wetting, as, with the rest of the wine.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 600 g of calf pulp
- 2 eggs
- 2 hardboiled, slightly acidulous apples
- 100 g of butter
- 10 cl of white wine
- 30 g of flour
- Salt
