Savory croquettes
Instructions
Cut cheese sticks 6 cm long and 1 cm thick and 1/2.
Toss them in flour mixed with paprika, then in beaten egg, then twice in the breadcrumbs.
Lightly press the Breading to adhere well to the cheese.
Fry the croquettes in a pan with hot oil (180 degrees) until they are well browned.
Remove from pan with a skimmer, let them drain on paper towel and serve.
