Instructions
Sauté the mixture in the butter, then add the diced shoulder, then pass it to the mixer.
Combine the grated cheese and béchamel sauce, stir and allow to cool the mixture in the fridge for an hour.
Form croquettes, dip in flour, then in beaten egg and bread crumbs.
FRY in plenty of oil.

- 40 g of butter
- Mix for fried findus
- 250 g of spalla cotta pieces
- 25 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 25 g of grated fontina cheese
- 150 g of bechamel soda
- Flour
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
