Instructions
Cut the spalla cotta pieces and browned in a pan with the butter and chopped onion.
Put everything in the mixer and add the cheese and béchamel sauce.
Blend and keep the mixture in the fridge for 1 hour.
With the cold form croquettes mixture, dip in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs.
Fry them in plenty of butter bubbling.

- 150 g of bechamel
