Cod crocchettine
Instructions
Boil the codfish with potatoes.
Cook finished processing them together adding pine nuts and raisins, and compound form crocchettine, roll in the breadcrumbs and fry them.
Aside from cut the onion finely and fry over a low heat, stirring occasionally until they form a cremina.
Place the croquettes in the pot and guarnitele with creamed onions.

- 300 g of cod sponged
- 1 potato
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Pine nuts
- Sultanas
- 1 onion
