Instructions
Prepare the crepes and cool.
Make a béchamel sauce.
Mix 3 tablespoons of flour with water and join them to the sauce.
Always stir, remove from heat, add the fontina and 1 yolk, fill the crepes.
Close, impanarle and fry them.

- 1 glass of water
- 100 g of fontina cheese
