Onion and zucchini tart
Instructions
Switch on the oven at 220 degrees (7 thermostat).
In a bowl mix the flour and baking powder with butter.
Diluted with milk enough to get a soft dough.
Knead it on a floured work surface, then roll out the dough on a greased oven plate and formed a 23 cm in diameter.
Spennellatelo with oil and bake in the oven for 10 minutes; heat the remaining oil in a pan and fry the onion and sliced Zucchini.
When will remove them from the fire eased.
Melt the butter for the sauce in a saucepan, add the flour, stir and cook for a minute.
Remove from heat and pour the milk, a little at a time.
Stir to dissolve the flour and put on fire.
Let thicken while stirring over low heat.
Season with oregano, salt and pepper.
Remove the dough from the oven and cover it with half of the sautéed vegetables.
Cut the cod into strips and divide it on vegetables.
Spread the rest of the vegetables and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
Put in oven at 200 degrees (thermostat 6), and simmer for twenty minutes.

- 250 g of flour
- 1 tablespoon of yeast
- 30 g of butter at room temperature
- 15 cl of milk
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- == 1 small onion
- 1 courgette
- For the filling:
- 30 g of butter
- 20 g of flour
- 15 cl of milk
- 2 teaspoons of dry oregano
- 250 g of cod
- 30 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
