Instructions
Prepare the pastry quickly and hand kneading the ingredients and if necessary add a little milk.
When ingredients are mixed, make a dough, cover with foil and put it to rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the cream in a saucepan melt the chocolate in the milk; to boil remove from heat and add sugar.
Mix well and let cool.
Covered with the pastry (2/3 of the dough) a low Pan 26 cm in diameter, pour over the cream and sprinkle with the crumbled macaroons.
With the rest of the dough prepared strips and place them on the cake in the shape of a lattice.
Bake at 160 degrees for 45 minutes.
