Fresh fruit tart
Instructions
Prepare the pasta with the butter, an egg and one egg yolk, sugar, grated lemon peel and knead.
Let it rest for half an hour and then roll out the dough and buttered mould foderatevi and dusted with flour, prick with a fork and cover with a sheet of aluminum paper and dried beans.
Bake for 40 minutes.
When the pasta is cooked, let it cool and spread with apricot jam diluted with warm water.
Clean and peel the fruit, cut it and sistematevela over forming concentric circles.
Cover with the other diluted jam and keep it a bit in the fridge before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of flour
- 200 g of butter
- 150 g of sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 lemon
- 1000 g of mixed fresh fruit (bananas, kiwi, grapes)
- Apricot jam
