Almond tart (2)
Instructions
Roll out the pastry into greased and floured Pan 1.
Blanch almonds in boiling water, peel them and pass them to tritamandorle.
Mix them up with sugar and beaten not clear, add the grated lemon rind.
Spread a thin layer of Marmalade over the pastry, pour the mixture of almonds and bake for 25 minutes.
Unmold the tart cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- Ready-made shortcrust pastry
- 250 g of sweet almonds
- Some of bitter almonds
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 egg whites
- Orange marmalade
- Grated lemon rind
- Vanilla icing sugar
