Instructions
Place the flour and place the chopped butter, an egg and one egg yolk, sugar and grated lemon peel and knead.
Form a ball and, after having wrapped in plastic wrap, put it in the fridge for half an hour.
Meanwhile Peel the apples, remove the core and seeds and cut into slices.
After the half-hour, roll out the pastry on a sheet not too thin and foderatevi buttered and floured mold, then sprinkle on apples by concentric, revolutions and cover with strips of dough that pennellerete with the last egg yolk.
Bake for 40-50 minutes.
