Instructions
Take 200 g of anchovies, clean well from salt, remove the bone, wash them in water and vinegar and dry them.
Prepared chopped 1 clove of garlic, parsley (leaves only), 1 chilli and some bread crumbs soaked in vinegar; Add the oil and stir until a smooth sauce that you put on the greater or lesser anchovies.
Serve after at least 24 hours.
