Instructions
Peel and wash more thoroughly, then dry them and put them to cook in a saucepan with sugar and some mint leaves as soon as possible.
After leaving thaw the pastry, line with a well buttered Cake Pan, cospargetene the bottom with finely chopped nuts and fill it with blackberries.
Separately, beat the egg with the sugar and, after having joined the cream, pour the mixture over tart.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
After removing the tart from the pan to place on a serving dish, garnish with mint leaves.

- 500 g of more
- 100 g of sugar
- 80 g of hazelnuts
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons of cream
- 1 pack of frozen pastry
- To decorate:
- Some leaves of mint
