Instructions
Coat a pan greased with butter with pastry and keep the dough that will advance.
Work along the ricotta with the sugar, vanilla and a pinch of cinnamon.
Pour mixture into ricotta cake.
Cover the tart with pasta cut into strips advanced.
Bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.

- 1 sachet of vanilla
- 150 g of icing sugar
- 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
