Spinach croutons
Instructions
Cook the spinach in a little salt water, squeeze dry and saute in butter with garlic and anchovies.
Toast the bread, put it in a buttered baking-pan, suddividervi over the spinach, cover each slice with a slice of cheese, sprinkle with a glass of cream, bake for 10 minutes and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 8 slices bread
- 8 slices of cheese slices
- 600 g of frozen leaf spinach
- 4 anchovies
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Cream
- Butter
