Mushroom crostini
Instructions
Brown the mushrooms in butter with garlic.
Combine the soaked dried mushrooms and chopped, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with flour, dilute with milk and discard the garlic.
Bring to low heat cooking.
Stir in the parmesan and chopped parsley.
Grease the bread and dorarlo in the oven.
Cover with the mixture and garnish with lettuce.

- 400 g of mushrooms
- 15 g of fresh mushrooms
- 1 clove of garlic
- 40 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- Parsley
- 1 glass of milk
- 40 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- 12 slices of bread
- Olive oil
- Lettuce salad
