Crostini with truffles
Instructions
De-boned and wash the anchovies, dry, chop finely with a half clove of garlic and a tuft of parsley.
In a saucepan heat a knob of butter with a little oil, fry the chopped yourself, add the truffles cut into thin strips and cook for about ten minutes.
Apart, FRY in a little butter the slices of bread cut in half, then place on serving dish and spread the mixture on the surface.
Decorate the plate with curly parsley Tufts and serve immediately.

- 4 slices of bread
- 80 g of white truffles
- 1 salted anchovy
- Garlic
- Curly parsley
- Butter
- Olive oil
