Crostini with honey
Instructions
Using a blender, coarsely chopped walnuts and riunitele in a bowl.
Add the honey and stir for a few minutes, then, spread the bread slices with the butter (which you have pulled out of the refrigerator at least 20 minutes before use) and farcitele with the mixture.
Finally, place all on a baking tray and bake for about 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
Tip: great to be consumed for breakfast or for a nutritious afternoon snack.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 slices of bread
- 8 tablespoons of honey
- 20 walnut kernels
- Butter
