Crostini with radicchio
Instructions
In a saucepan, then heat two tablespoons of oil and let exhaust the onion sliced very thin.
When they become transparent add the goat cheese and stir in cream and reduce.
Adjust the salt.
Cut the radicchio into strips and mix the cream with the fire half a minute or just long enough to mix well.

Serve cold but not refrigerator.
