The cream cheese croutons
Instructions
Make a béchamel sauce much soda with flour, milk and Parmesan cheese.
Mix the white sauce until you obtain a thick sauce and well, that then puff on crostini.
When serving, pass the croutons just for a few minutes in hot oven.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 g of flour
- 80 cl of milk
- 60 g of parmigiano
- Some of square croutons cut in slices of toasted bread box
