Seafood appetizer
Instructions
Wash well under running water all the seafood you have available (note that it is really fresh produce; if you are sure, it will be better to opt for frozen ones!).
Put in a pan the oil and the crushed garlic; soon this will have browned, add seafood and cook to vivacious fire and covered container peeled, Sprinkle chopped parsley, remove from heat and serve hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1000 g of seafood (mussels, clams)
- 1 glass of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
