Instructions
Toast the bread over each slice, place an anchovy fillet, tomato washer, a little chopped onion, Basil.
Sprinkled with a little olive oil, add salt.
Spend a few minutes in hot oven and serve.
Accompanying wines: all sparkling wines labeled ' Brut ', Vino Novello ' or ' young ' traditional Chianti DOCG (the last harvest).

- Basil
- Olive oil
- 4 anchovy fillets
